Pricing — frequent questions

  • When do I pay?
    After the free counselling call — never before. Once you confirm the exam and slot, you pay by bank transfer or cash at our Bagbazar desk. We do not collect payment over WhatsApp, email or the website.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Direct bank transfer to our institute account (preferred — same-day confirmation) or cash at the Bagbazar desk. We issue an itemised receipt on the same day either way. We do not currently accept eSewa, Khalti or card payments.
  • Are the AECS prices final? Any extra fees?
    The AECS price shown on each card is the final price for the package as listed. No service charges, no admin fees on top. Test-centre reschedule fees (if you change your slot inside 14 days) are passed through at cost — the centre charges roughly NPR 2,000–3,500 depending on the exam.
  • Can I get a refund if I cancel?
    Yes, with the following windows: full refund if you cancel before booking the exam slot, partial refund (the test-centre fee minus our admin time) once the slot is booked but more than 14 days out. Inside 14 days the test-centre fee is non-refundable per their rules — you can reschedule once for a small fee instead.
  • How long are mock-test packs valid?
    All mock packs are valid for 60 days from the booking date. You can use them at any rate within that window — back-to-back across two weeks, spaced out across two months, whatever fits your timeline. The Pack of 3 is priced for the standard "calibrate / drill / confirm" rhythm most students follow.
  • What if I want to switch from one exam to another after I've paid?
    Talk to us. If the slot has not yet been booked at the test centre, we move the fee onto the new exam (you pay or get refunded the difference). Once the slot is booked, switching is governed by the centre's reschedule policy — we will walk you through it.
