Booking — frequent questions

• How and when do I pay the exam fee? +

  After the counselling call. Bank transfer to our institute account or cash at the desk in Bagbazar — both work. We pay the test centre directly once your fee clears, so you never wire money to the centre yourself. A receipt is issued on the same day.
• What ID documents do I need? +

  A valid passport for IELTS / PTE / Duolingo (the test centres only accept passport ID for international score reports). For mock tests we accept passport, citizenship or driver's licence. Bring the original on test day — photocopies are not accepted at the centre.
• Can someone else book on my behalf? +

  Yes — a parent, sibling or sponsor can fill this form and pay the fee. We will still need to speak with the test-taker once before booking to confirm exam date suitability and verify name spelling exactly as it appears on the passport.
• How does the score-send work? +

  You receive your score from the official test centre directly (Pearson, IDP, British Council or Duolingo). We help you nominate the universities or immigration bodies for free score-sends at booking time — five for IELTS / PTE, unlimited for Duolingo. Additional score-sends after the test cost the centre's standard fee.
• What happens if I miss my slot? +

  If you cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before, you get a full reschedule at no extra cost. Inside 14 days the test centre charges a reschedule fee (usually NPR 2,000 – 3,500 depending on the exam) which we pass through. No-shows forfeit the slot per the test centre rules — but we will help you book the next available date at the AECS preferential rate.
• Do I need to be enrolled in your prep course to book? +

  Not at all. The booking desk is open to everyone — many students drop in to book a single exam having prepared elsewhere. If you do enrol in our prep, you get the AECS-discounted exam fee shown on the pricing card and one free mock test included.
